Since 1979, Potter’s Piano Service has been offering trusted piano tuning, repair, regulating, voicing, humidity control, concert service, appraisals, estimates and purchase consultation services throughout Central and Eastern Oregon.

Randi Potter, RPT, ARPT, is a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) Member of the Piano Technicians Guild, and a Registered Piano Technician (ARPT) Member of the Australasian Piano Tuners and Technicians Association (Australia / New Zealand). She holds a Ph.D. in Piano Engineering from the Master Piano Technicians Association in the US. She is a well-known conference instructor, and has taught at PTG, PTA, APTTA, JPT, and Europiano conventions around the world. 

In addition to her work as a piano technician, Randi is the founder and president of the Randy Potter School of Piano Technology. For over 20 years, Randi has offered quality instruction through her complete correspondence home-study course for beginning and intermediate students in piano tuning, repairing, regulating, voicing, apprentice training and business practices.
